DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS MAN! HE IS DISHONEST AND DOES NOT LIVE UP TO HIS WORD! My family went to Monroy's for over 15 years and had no problems with their service until he sold us a car. He said that he had a 2009 Subaru Outback that was not working but he was going to get a brand new engine for it and would fix it all up, make it right, and sell us a great car for $7000.00. This thing was never working from the day I got it from him. It kept on breaking down in the middle of the road in the mountains after only a few days of using the vehicle. I say only a few days because I barely had the car in my possession a few days since it was always back at his shop being fixed for serious issues. I took it up to work and it over heated and would not start. I had to wait a few hours before I could drive it again and slowly got it home and then to his repair shop. He said that he fixed it, (It was never actually fixed) but that he would not work on it again without me paying for the bill. I told him he sold us a hooptie and would never go back to his shop again. We only had it for 4 month! Most of that time it was in the shop for weeks at a time. We only have driven the car for 2

I had a bad experience here. First off they don't have room to park your car securely in the parking lot so they will park your car on the street which I'm not ok with because there's always a chance somebody can hit your car. My ac wasn't blowing cold and was overheating. So I paid $150 for a diagnostic and they replaced my AC relay without telling me which they should of called me first (bad communication). When I got there the head guy there Louise had an attitude just because I wanted to look at the part that I'm paying for. When I spend my hard earned money on repairs I shouldn't get attitude because I want to see the part im paying for. Only reason I'm not leaving a one star is because my AC and over heating issue was fixed but I won't be returning because they park cars on the street and because of the bad attitude

Monroys Auto is trust worthy and hard working. I’ve been bring all my vehicles to him for years and he always stands behind his work. He is quick and gets us back in the road in a timely manner. I recommend his shop 10/10.

The best auto repair shop. I've been coming to Monroy's for 5 years now. I trust no one else with my car. Jose is nice and prices are fair. All the mechanics are nice, honest and helpful. I highly recommend Monroy's Auto Repair!!
